Nathan is a partner at Pinkofskys and has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. He has secured acquittals for clients charged with Manslaughter, Attempted Murder, Robbery with a Firearm, Aggravated Assault, Trafficking Cocaine and Marijuana, Possession of Cocaine and Marijuana, Possession of a Handguns, Assault Police/Assault Resist Arrest, Obstruct Police, Fail to Comply with Recognizance or Probation, Fail to Appear, Theft, Mischief, and Impaired Driving/Over 80.
